The price of each book can be found by clicking on its title. We ship books via U.S. Mail. The cost is $4.50 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book (there may be an additional small surcharge for large or heavy books).
International customers should call 1 (401) 597-5055 to order. Shipping rates to locations outside of the U.S. are available upon request.
Book dealers — please call our office to establish an account and inquire about our bulk shipping rates.
